OUR PHILOSOPHY.
We care about more than your results on paper. We are passionate about athlete health and well-being and take a holistic approach to triathlon coaching.
Our aim is not only to coach, but to mentor and share learnings from our own experiences. Ultimately, we want to help our athletes get the most out of themselves in a sustainable and healthy way.
Happiness is a key ingredient in sporting success, and we want our athletes to feel part of a friendly community that supports one another in their own unique journeys. A happy athlete is also a healthy athlete, so we prioritise injury-prevention and good, quality nutrition. We are passionate about female athlete health and aim to work with the female body and not against it!
We will work together to create a tailor-made programme that works for you.
